We charge a flat rate of R75.00 standard fee
Once your order has been received, it will be dispatched next business day unless otherwise stated (public holiday or long weekend ect)
Once your order has been dispatched it will arrive between 2 and 3 business days unless it is a grey area zone which can take up to 4 working days.

Custom Orders only
Note: Before purchasing Custom necklaces that it takes 4-5 weeks to reach us from the date that all orders have been placed. All custom necklaces are manufactured abroad and once clearance is completed it will be sent us and once it reaches Inaayah Online your package will be dispatched.
RETURNS
You can return unused and unworn items that are in its original condition within 7 days of product arrival. You will need to notify us within those 7 days.
Please note the costs of return packages are the customers responsibility. Please contact us before returning a product.
